- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free 30-minute trial lesson so we can get to know each other, discuss your goals, and give you a feel for my teaching style. After that, my rate is $50 for a 50-minute one-on-one Italian lesson, personalized to your level, interests, and learning goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by getting to know your goals, your current level of Italian, and what interests you. Whether you’re preparing for a trip, reconnecting with your Italian roots, or learning for personal enjoyment, we’ll build the lessons around your needs. We’ll move at a comfortable pace, with plenty of opportunities to practice speaking and ask questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Genoa in Italy and have several years of experience teaching Italian. I also currently work as a substitute teacher.
