For many years, I had been searching for greater meaning in life through studying the great spiritual philosophers and practicing breathwork and meditation. This path of self-discovery led me to a pivotal moment during a breathwork session, where I embraced my true calling: to bring peace and unity to others through the teachings of breathwork and meditation. I then studied with Michael Stone, the founder of Neurodynamic Breathwork and the globally acclaimed Vedic meditation guru, Deepak Chopra. I am a certified facilitator of both practices. I extend an invitation to explore the depths of your own consciousness through my weekly online workshops, individual online workshops or in person if Naples, Florida is near your home. Each session in breathwork and/or meditation is a gateway to heightened awareness and self-realization.
