FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the type of training, frequency of sessions, and the level of support you’re looking for. I offer options for clients who want to train consistently, and packages may provide a better value than individual sessions. My goal is to recommend an option that makes sense for your goals, schedule, and budget—without pressuring you into services you don’t need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Conduct an initial fitness evaluation. Establish client's goals. Obtain medical clearance. Develop a training program. Test the training program to assess physical capability. Continually adapt training program to client's physical abilities. I start with a conversation about your goals, current fitness level, exercise history, schedule, and any limitations or concerns you may have. From there, I develop a personalized training approach based on where you are now and where you want to go. During our sessions, I focus on proper form, appropriate progression, accountability, and making sure you understand why we’re doing each exercise. As you improve, I adjust the program so you continue making progress rather than simply repeating the same workouts. Whether your goal is losing weight, building strength and muscle, improving mobility, increasing energy, or simply feeling better and more confident, the program is built around you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Personal Trainer - American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Competitive athlete - Track & Field, Running, Cycling, Soccer, Swimming, Adventure Racing, Tennis, Paddle, Pickleball, Table Tennis.
