FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the project, accessibility, existing substrate conditions, finish level, and the overall scope of work required. Every stucco project is custom quoted to ensure accurate pricing and proper material allocation. We provide transparent estimates with no hidden fees and focus on long-term quality over temporary patchwork solutions. Discounts may be available for larger-scale projects, multi-building developments, or phased construction work. Due to the specialized nature of exterior finishing systems and coastal-grade materials used in Southwest Florida, pricing can vary depending on finish selections, repair requirements, and project timelines.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with an initial consultation where we review the project scope, plans, timelines, and finish expectations with the client, contractor, or development team. From there, we schedule an on-site walkthrough to evaluate the structure, substrate conditions, architectural details, and any special requirements for the stucco system. After the evaluation, we provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, materials, finish specifications, and project timeline. Once approved, we coordinate scheduling with the construction team to ensure smooth project flow and proper sequencing with other trades. Throughout the project, we maintain consistent communication, quality control inspections, and progress updates to ensure the installation meets both structural and aesthetic standards. Final walkthroughs are completed before project closeout to guarantee the finished product aligns with the client’s expectations and project specifications.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has extensive hands-on experience in stucco installation, exterior finishing systems, and large-scale residential and commercial construction projects throughout Florida and Texas. We are trained in traditional cement stucco applications, EIFS systems, waterproofing integration, crack prevention methods, architectural foam installation, and high-end finish techniques designed for coastal environments. In addition to field experience, we stay up to date with modern building practices, manufacturer installation standards, local code requirements, and evolving exterior system technologies to ensure every project is completed to the highest standard. Our background working on luxury residential properties, commercial developments, and large-scale exterior restoration projects has given us deep expertise in delivering durable, visually refined stucco systems built for long-term performance.
