I think I hired Catherine in March 2017 for my small 4/21/17 wedding and she was undoubtedly one of my 3 Angels! Her Instagram feed was key in choosing her- all the amazing work she has done for events made it easier to see her style and creativity. What I like the most about her is her enthusiastic personality- she can easily become your best friend from the moment you start communicating and you can rest assured she will take care of what you need ;) In my case, the reception decor and floral design. I have been planning my wedding for more than a year, I pretty much knew what I wanted and what I had the budget for. Since it was more convenient for me to own than rent, I went shopping everywhere (from local stores to online stores) and purchased the following after consulting with her: 1) most of the decor items- I rented a few ones from her and my coordinator-, 2) linens, 3) flowers, 4) vases and flower supplies, etc. She helped me with my bouquet and boutonnieres the day prior to the wedding, and on the day of, I basically entrusted her with all the items to 'play with', and she did NOT disappoint. Our reception venue (my parents' house) looked sooo elegant and beautiful!, everyone of my guests are still talking about it :D THANK YOU SO MUCH Cat, for bringing my vision to life and enhancing it!!! <3

Catherine with B Eventful does everything in her power to help guide you through the planning process as well as ensure your day is flawless. Her knowledge of the industry will help you decide on the right vendors, lay out and timing of the event. Her background in hospitality and managing people will help to ensure the execution and day of are completely perfect. Catherine helps to personalize every piece of decor and activity so that the event feels like the couple that everyone is celebrating. Normally I would have a problem handing over responsibility of setting up an event but with Catherine, I knew everything would be taken care of and my expectations were blown away when I saw the venue. When we had some "hiccups" that came along like vendor miscommunication and rain, Catherine helped reassure us that this day is really about the two of us becoming Husband and Wife. She was more than a planner, she became a friend through this entire process. Catherine was also our floral extraordinaire, she went above and beyond and spent the entire night before our wedding creating the perfect bouquets and centerpieces. She also did this for our rehearsal dinner even though I asked her 1 week before hand. She was happy to do all of this and was very accommodating and I knew I could trust her vision. We got so many compliments on our arrangements!!! Catherine helped take the anxiety away from wedding planning and made it fun. I cannot wait for the next life event or party that I have to plan because I know I have the perfect person to lean on, B Eventful!

Catherine is an amazing event planner. She help me plan my wedding from start to finish including the rehearsal and the rehearsal dinner. I have never met someone more gifted and talented in the area of event planning. She truly listens to what you want and your vision , and make that happen! It's unbelievable how creative she really is! Catherine went over the details of when I should send out the invite how to make a florist cake tasting food tasting, and how to pick a good live band and DJ. She was involved every single step of the way. My special day I would've not have been as wonderful without her I really don't even think we would've had as much fun without her as well. The way she handles everything with the van keeps you very stress-free which is what a bride and groom should be on their wedding day. I am so lucky that I had the privilege to work with Catherine on my special day I will forever be thankful for all of her hard work and dedication to making my special day feel like it was the most important day in the world. It's really hard to find someone in event planning who is is caring and compassionate as Catherine is. She turns your dreams into reality within a realistic budget. My husband and I can't wait to have more event so we can hire Catherine again because we just love how she handles her job, with a smile and a great attitude! We are truly thankful for all she has done for us. She is a rock star!

Words will never explain the amount of detail, passion and creativity Catherine brought to our wedding. I wasn’t the kind of bride who had much of a plan, budget, or really anything; all I knew were the vendors that I wanted. She took it from there and found and created every missing piece a bride and groom could ask for in their wedding. She went beyond expectations and turned my shabby ideas for centerpieces into works of art with her beautiful globes and hand made paper airplanes. What started out as a business partnership turned into an everlasting friendship. She takes your ideas and personal touches and turns them into the event of your dreams. People couldn't stop talking about all of the little details she put into the wedding. Everyone kept complimenting me, but really every single part was Catherine and her dream team. Our vendors were a huge part of how amazing our wedding went but Catherine literally took everything to the next level. The best part? When it was all over she took care of everything for us. Tipping vendors? She hand delivered them. Cleaning up the ball room and bridal suite. No worries she’s got it. Cards and gifts, don’t fret she’ll stow them safely. And most importantly, worry another vendor will try and take advantage of you or exploit your ignorance, she’s got your back. You won’t find another Cat in the industry. She’s worth millions in gold and her prices are almost a steal for what you’re getting in return. Creativity, piece of mind and organization. I wouldn’t have wanted to get married without a wedding planner, but God brought us the one who could take care of it. Thank you so much Cat!! You are truly amazing.

My husband and I hired Cat to be our 'day of' coordinator for our wedding thinking it was just going to be that day. She went above and beyond from coming to food tasting and linen meetings to having everything set up in the bridal suite the day off. Service was impeccable! She made sure everyone was taken care of, and took our vision and brought it to life in a way we didn't have envisioned. She also did all the florals for the wedding and they were AMAZING! The parents, guests and vendors were completing on how wonderful and refreshing it was to work with someone like her. We will certainly be working with her again during other life events! Best decision we made in our entire wedding process!
