Some things happened prior to my scheduled appointment. Was 2 hours late after the latest window . Chance was very pleasent and showed professionalism in his approach. They have warranty for labor for 1 year which provides some relief that the work will hold up. Lowe’s had a few mix use and delays added to this as well. But tried to make it right as well.

On short notice, they replaced a flange that had been installed incorrectly by the builder and later returned to fix a small leak on the same day we notified them. We will absolutely use them again in the future.

Enjoyed working with Adam and his team to get a Rheem hybrid heat pump water heater (shipped direct to home by home Depot) installed replacing an old decrepit gas unit. Communication was excellent via both the thumbtack app and phone. Pricing was competitive. New heater works fine and will save me $300+ per year in addition to 30 percent federal tax credit on purchase and installation. Do your own homework should you pursue to install one as most of the local plumbers are not experts in this technology. Riptide installed one on the lines a little different than expected. I followed up with Adam and appreciated how he explained their methods. He also offered to change it if I wanted to. Overall very happy with install. Thanks

Unlike traditional plumbing companies, we don't charge by the hour but by the project. This way the customer knows exactly what will be charged to eliminate hidden fees and overages on time limits.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just let us know what service you are interested in! Once you send the request, we can set up an appointment and get the plumbing technician dispatched. That's it!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Along with 18 years experience, Adam completed four years of plumbing school and the state exam for his plumbing license.
