Unlike traditional plumbing companies, we don't charge by the hour but by the project. This way the customer knows exactly what will be charged to eliminate hidden fees and overages on time limits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just let us know what service you are interested in! Once you send the request, we can set up an appointment and get the plumbing technician dispatched. That's it!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Along with 18 years experience, Adam completed four years of plumbing school and the state exam for his plumbing license.
