My washer lock light was stuck and not cycling through cycles. I contacted Arnold Services and he performed the initial troubleshoot. A part was needed so he went ahead and ordered and came back to install the part. The part took few weeks and another part was needed. While I waited, I read the reviews. I got discouraged by the reviews. I asked for reimbursement and he obliged. In return the additional part he recommended I installed and the washer is now working. Thank you!!

He had issues getting the right part, which delayed his progress but he pulled through and performed a perfect job. They did not put a service fee on my bill so I was a little confused when he asked kindly if I paid it. Y’all need to add that to the bills. Good job Chase!
