Came out the next day after I messaged him. Very nice person. Expensive but for as fast as he came out and solved our problem, I’m very thankful.

My washer lock light was stuck and not cycling through cycles. I contacted Arnold Services and he performed the initial troubleshoot. A part was needed so he went ahead and ordered and came back to install the part. The part took few weeks and another part was needed. While I waited, I read the reviews. I got discouraged by the reviews. I asked for reimbursement and he obliged. In return the additional part he recommended I installed and the washer is now working. Thank you!!

He had issues getting the right part, which delayed his progress but he pulled through and performed a perfect job. They did not put a service fee on my bill so I was a little confused when he asked kindly if I paid it. Y’all need to add that to the bills.

Good job Chase!
