Flippy’s Heat and Air was professional, thorough, and honest throughout the HVAC inspection. He clearly explained the condition of the older system, documented everything with photos, and provided detailed recommendations without pressure or upselling. Great communication and very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Austin was very responsive and came out at the end of the day so I didn’t have to wait overnight in the heat. He was honest, explained that my breaker had tripped, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. He only charged for adding refrigerant and was very fair. I really appreciated his professionalism and would definitely recommend him.

We believe in transparent, upfront pricing — no surprises. As part of our Grand Opening, we’re currently waiving the standard $89 trip fee. We also offer 15% discounts for maintenance plan members and special pricing for veterans, first responders, and active-duty military. All pricing is quoted before work begins, and we stand behind everything we do.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick phone call or message to understand the issue. From there, I schedule a prompt visit — and right now, the trip fee is waived as part of our grand opening. I diagnose the problem, explain your options clearly, and get the work done right. No pressure, no surprises.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in the HVAC trade working summers for my dad in Oklahoma, where I learned the value of honest work and treating customers right. After high school, I graduated from a two-year technical college, earned my EPA Universal certification, and became a licensed HVAC contractor in three states. Now living in Florida with my family, I started Flippy’s Heat and Air to continue doing what I love — helping people stay comfortable with reliable, professional service.
