- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent, upfront pricing — no surprises. As part of our Grand Opening, we’re currently waiving the standard $89 trip fee. We also offer 15% discounts for maintenance plan members and special pricing for veterans, first responders, and active-duty military. All pricing is quoted before work begins, and we stand behind everything we do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick phone call or message to understand the issue. From there, I schedule a prompt visit — and right now, the trip fee is waived as part of our grand opening. I diagnose the problem, explain your options clearly, and get the work done right. No pressure, no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in the HVAC trade working summers for my dad in Oklahoma, where I learned the value of honest work and treating customers right. After high school, I graduated from a two-year technical college, earned my EPA Universal certification, and became a licensed HVAC contractor in three states. Now living in Florida with my family, I started Flippy’s Heat and Air to continue doing what I love — helping people stay comfortable with reliable, professional service.
