- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$20 first dog and $10 for each additional dog within ten miles of me. Add $5 for every 5 miles outside my area. Your dogs will receive an hour walk. I can also feed and water them upon return home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discussing behavioral issues. Getting contact information. Setting up a meet 'n greet.
