I contacted Miller Heating & Cooling to see about upgrading my indoor air quality(allergies) as well as servicing my system. Mark was out the next day and upon inspection of my system noticed that the thermostat wire installed by another company was beginning to crumble due to poor placement of a UV light meant to keep the inside system clean. He also noticed my compressor was struggling to keep up. I asked about options and Mark sat with me and went over all available options; everything from nursing the system along to get through another season, to a complete replacement and took the time to explain how far the technology had come since my current system was designed and installed. In the end, after reviewing costs, and all the pros and cons I could come up with I opted for a new system.From the day of my decision until the install was 3 days and that was due to my schedule. Mark and his crew showed up and went right to work. They pulled the old system, adjusted my air conditioner closet to support the new system(much smaller in size overall), replaced the crumbling thermostat wire, installed a halo for upgraded air quality and relocated that pesky UV light to an appropriate location; so it could do the job and not harm any wiring. Even called a few days later to make sure everything was working properly, then schedule to come back out and inspect the system to make sure it was up to standards.The new system is a huge leap in technology, has kept the house cool, even during this crazy heat wave, and overall my cooling bills are lower.If you need your system looked at give this man a call, he is a local not some giant anonymous company, he is a vet, and he knows his stuff and he cares about his customers. His crew is professional and respectful and man do they work quickly.Thank you and your crew Mark.
