I can't say enough great things about Bryce and Brock! They came out after hours when we found ourselves in a really difficult situation. The utility company forgot to schedule an electrician for our gas installation, which meant we would have been without hot water all weekend and unable to use our new stove until Monday.Bryce and Brock went above and beyond by responding after hours and quickly installing the outlets needed for our gas hot water heater and stove. Brock was completely professional and transparent about what he could and could not accomplish during this call. Pricing was what you'd expect for an established, licensed insured business. Initial Contact – Customers can call, text, or submit an inquiry online. We gather basic details about their electrical needs.
Service Fee & Scheduling – We explain our Trip fee for a professional assessment and schedule a convenient time for the visit.
On-Site Assessment – Our licensed electrician arrives on time, evaluates the issue, and provides an upfront, flat-rate quote.
Approval & Work Completion – Once the customer approves the quote, we begin the work immediately if possible. For larger projects, we schedule a return visit.
