- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a very friendly price book for all jobs. Our bidding process is much simpler then most and we give very accurate estimates going down to the last screw to save the homeowner money. We take pride in our prices and encourage homeowners to get estimates to see just how friendly these prices are!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all we like to introduce our selves and make sure the home owner is comfortable with us! Then we ask the homeowner to show us the area of concern and do our best to resolve the issue and make sure the homeowner is getting the job done the least expensive and BEST way possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of extensive electrical training in the union as well as state licensing training as well as a business course
