This was my first time using Navarre Maintenance. I appreciated the work they performed on my lawn sprinklers. I had a hole onion one of the underground sprinkler lines. They fixed it, replaced sprinkler heads, and adjusted them. I am very pleased with their work.

We had four bikes completely crowding my wife’s screened-in porch - to the point she could barely walk through it. With a small backyard, we weren’t sure what we could do.
Jason and Lance came out, looked everything over, listened to what we needed, and gave us a quote. Then they worked their butts off right through a Florida heat dome and absolutely crushed it!
They built us a completely custom lean-to on the side of our home, working in an extremely tight, cramped space and fitting everything specifically to our house. They used marine-grade wood, hurricane clips, and built this thing incredibly solid. I’m pretty sure the lean-to might still be standing long after the house is gone!
What also impressed us was their integrity. They stuck exactly to the original budget. We requested a few add-ons as the project progressed, and they discussed the additional cost with us and got our approval every step of the way. No surprises whatsoever. These are high-integrity guys who do business the right way.
The craftsmanship is excellent, the structure is rock solid, and most importantly, my wife finally has her porch back!
We could not be happier. Jason and Lance are hardworking, skilled, honest guys who clearly take pride in what they build. I give them my highest possible recommendation. If you’re considering hiring them, do it. These guys are the real deal!

Jason was great to work with. I presented him with a list of things that needed to be done, and he took them all on! He was very knowledgeable about the correct way to complete the work and was able to come right away. He worked hard for 2 days to finish my list. We couldn’t be happier with the work he did, and my husband is thrilled to have his to do list shortened. We plan on using Jason again since he has proven trustworthy, and we know he will do a good job. Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Understand that your pay for what you get nothing more nothing less We aren’t gonna be the lowest priced fees and we will not cut corners. One year warranty on new installation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide the materials on all our jobs it makes it easier on us. If you have the material and just need an installer please. I mean unless it’s from reputable manufacturer and not anything less.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My first shower was a remodel from Hurricane Ivan. Travertine and travertine. No spacers and we didn’t have leveling clips either.
