FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In general, we operate off of a budget system. Once we agree on a budget with the client, that is the amount paid upfront as a retainer. The client sees where every dollar is spent through the case management system. There are never any surprise bills at the end. Investigative work is billed at $100 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After providing a free telephone or in office consult, we agree on the investigative plan, sign a mutual contract and collect the retainer. The client is provided frequent updates as to how the case is progressing with input along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner, I have a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice. I am a graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) as well as 13 years of military experience in the Air Force.
