We specialize in custom window treatments and custom closets, so every project is unique. Rather than giving a number that may not fit your needs, we offer a free in-home consultation where we come to you, take measurements, and walk you through all of your options. We also shop the market to find the best products at the lowest price possible, without ever compromising on quality. That way you get a custom solution that fits both your home and your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and stress-free from start to finish. First, we schedule a free in-home consultation at a time that works best for you. When we arrive, we take measurements, show you samples, and help you find the perfect style and product for your home. We love helping customers explore all of their options, whether that is custom blinds, shades, plantation shutters, drapery, or custom closets and storage systems. Once you make your selections, we place your custom order and keep you updated every step of the way. When your products are ready, we come back to handle the full professional installation so you don't have to worry about a thing. We take pride in making sure every customer is completely happy with their results before we leave. It really is that easy!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings decades of real world experience to every project. Our owner has 30 years of construction experience and 20 years specifically in the window treatment industry. That kind of hands on background means we understand how homes are built, how products perform over time, and how to handle any installation challenge that comes up. Both our owner and our trained team handle all installations, so you always get experienced professionals in your home. With 40+ years of combined experience and 300+ custom homes enhanced, we have the knowledge and skill to get every job done right the first time.
