I hired Attorney Foote for a complicated divorce case and if I could add more stars I would. It was certainly one of the most difficult times in my life, as I was worried about my financial future and my children. Mr. Foote provided a free consultation which put my mind at ease. He was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly, sympathetic to my situation. It did not feel like I was dealing with a stranger in a business transaction as he made me feel like family. Well, the case did take some time to work through the courts, Mr. Foote and his staff were there every step of the way. One of the most important things to me was his accessibility to speak with me and answer questions throughout the process. Well, I hope I never have to go through a divorce again I would certainly highly recommend him and his staff.

Mr. Foote has been my attorney during a long custody battle involving my five children. This was a difficult and very emotional case that required time, patience, and firm resolve. Mr. Foote worked with me during this process and put in place a long term legal strategy to help my children. He stood with me against school officials, difficult judges, a biased Guardian ad Litem, and others who did not have the best interests of my children at heart. Mr. Foote and his staff were available to me 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and would pursue the interests of my children in real time, as things were happening. I had two other attorneys before I hired Mr. Foote and I can honestly say his firm stands apart from the rest. My children live with me now and are on the path to healing. While God did the miracles to bring this about, Mr. Foote and his staff did just about everything else. Many said my case was not winnable and that I should just walk away and start over. Had it not been for Mr. Foote, they would have been right. I highly recommend Foote law firm for any of your family law needs. Your family is just too important to entrust it with anyone else.
