Chris was very quick to reply and came out and did an excellent job. Price was fair for a 10 zone system. Replaced and repaired a broken pipe and replaced 3-4 heads.demonstrated the zones came on and cleaned up and was paid and left.

For literally 4 years we have been dealing with a sprinkler problem and in 1 minute Chris diagnosed the issue and then proved it. Over 4 years we would have leaks in different locations. We had no less than 3 people out there including the company that installed system. Last person after changing a broken sprinkler head but grass still soggy, said “I have no idea”. Turns out our irrigation valves that control all zones needed to be replaced. If they’re broken water still leaks to that zone. And additionally our main valve wasn’t even covered. These things are all buried in ground and should be under a plastic cover. On top of knowing what he is doing, Chris texted me immediately, showed up when he said and his price was reasonable. We have worked with a lot of subs and Chris is now my permanent go to for sprinklers! Ps. He cleaned up everything and added a bag of mulch to make it look nice!

I would highly recommend United Sprinkler. They came out on a Sunday, for a 4-zone residential job full repair. They replaced manifold, repaired leaking main valve, dug a new trench, laid and connected pvc pipe to cover my sidewalk strip, raised and lowered all sprinklers, replaced and adjusted some twenty heads and did all the work in a single day. Chris is definitely an expert, knows how best to address irrigation systems, is a very hard worker focused on the repair. I would gladly hire Chris and his partner Jim again for any irrigation need.
