- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple and straightforward. When we quote a price it’s the total price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Both my partner and I live in New Port Richey. We can come look at the Job and give you an free estimate. We typically charge a $60 service charge which includes many of our services such as lockouts and rekeying 1 lock.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended the Yankee security convention for the paste 8 yrs and have extensive training in the locksmith industry.
