The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and how it would be fixed. There was no pressure, just honest and straightforward service.
Unfortunately, it turned out that a new water heater was needed. Continental Plumbing immediately worked with the manufacturer to have the parts overnighted. While the shipment did not arrive until Saturday, which meant I had to wait until Monday for installation, they kept me informed every step of the way and did everything they could to move the process along as fast as possible.
What impressed me most was their commitment and efficiency. Once the parts arrived, they completed the installation promptly, and our hot water was finally restored. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they left everything clean and organized.

Can’t say enough good things about this company and its owner. They always go above and beyond expectations. Excellent communication throughout the job and first class install work. The tech wore booties in my home and setup a work blanket in the work area to protect the wood floor. Highly recommend.

Looking for a solid plumbing company, look no further. Their technician Jake is top tier. We called continental to help us with a ongoing sewer line issue/repair. He provided a honest and very fair quote for service, explained all his findings and a break down of the repairs, and followed through with professional and tac. He even coordinated and explained his findings of a sewer tap issue with our local sewer utility company (who weren't so easy to work with). Contenintal plumbing earned a life time customer, and I will recommend them to anyone who needs service, and they owe it to their technician Jake. Dude is an absolute asset to the company and should definitely be recognized for how he carries himself and represents the company he works for. Top notch customer service!!
