Best Service Ever!!! Tyler is a young go-getter! He is a one-man company that is doing everything he can to establish his newer company as the best for premium service and customer satisfaction without premium cost. Also, being a privately owned company, he has no "Company" overhead financial obligations. That provides a huge savings to us, his customers. We are on well water and our wayer system was not working at all. We needed it fixed quickly as there are many things like iron, minerals and sulfur in our water and it is also very hard. We scoured the internet reviews for a new company to repair our system because others in the past including the new install company, let's just say, fell short on service, overall satisfaction, speed of response and service, and most of all Cost. Tyler was our first call and he immediately responded. We explaied our situation and he showed up directly following his current job. Even though our system was almost 15 years old and we were looking to upgrade, Tyler did not immediately try to go straight into a Sales Pitch. He first conducted a complete inspection of our system, afterwards explaining everything about the present condition of our system and what it would require to restore it to full operation. He still did not try to Sell us on a new system. WE asked about replacement cost for a new system. STILL No Sales Pitch! Tyler first wanted to have our water professionally tested before determining what we Needed. He took a sample, had it tested and called with the results all in a short amountof time. He finally began to explain various ways to provide us with suitable water. We had also explained that even when our previous system was brand new, we still fought some hard water spots and iron staining in our sinks and toilets. He advised it was due to our very high iron and mineral content and although even when new, our old system wasn't quite sufficient to remove everything from our water. Tyler provided different solutions and different cost levels, not once trying to convince us to spend what we didn't Need to. We decided to go with the system products he explaied would provide the best quality water. That Sam Day, on a Friday afternoon, Tyler returned to install our new system, not putting us off to the next day or after the weekend because it was "Too Late" working into the dark to get us up and running. Tyler did an amazing job! After completing the install, he fully explained the new system to us. He also provided free removal of all the old products. Tyler also advised that he would return Monday to inspect our system and ensure that it was working properly. He stopped by Monday afternoon and performed a complete inspection to include a system flush. As an added bonus, I had explained to Tyler that I lost several plants this past winter during the Florida dry season even though I watered them regularly on a timer. He immediately assessed that I was watering them from a source with the treated water from the system and that the salt was the culprit. Free of charge, he added a bib fitting (water spout) prior to the water system so we could healthily water our plants with untreated water. It's Very Hard these days to find honest, dependable, reliable service from someone with good work ethic and integrity. Tyler is a prime example that, albeit rare, we Can still find it. Don't waist your time hunting around. Call Tyler for all your water system related needs!!! I Promise ... YOU WON'T REGRET IT !!!
