I highly recommend Tyler for installation of water softener and treatment systems. My water softener system failed, and it is very difficult to find a plumbing service willing to do repairs. Tyler took the time to come to my home and assess my old system and discuss my personal use case in detail. Although I had researched several options, Tyler was instrumental in helping me decide what was the best equipment and value for my needs. After contacting many plumbing services most did not respond to me or only wanted to upsell to the highest-level product. Tyler being a small business not only spent more time to help me determine what was best for me, but his work was neat and timely. I'm very pleased with the result

Tyler is awesome! He responded fast and showed up within hours on time to take a look at my water softener. Completed the job at the same time, even working into the dark evening. My unit is outside and the brine tank had taken in debris during the storms so I just needed a good cleanout, but he also cleaned and checked all the hoses, ran tests, installed a new drain pipe into the ground, even found an air leak in one hose. He doesn't know this but I was having issues with white water after regeneration and suspected air getting into the lines somewhere, and that's fixed now! He also dug out the ground in the area to sink the tanks a few feet lower into the ground, which makes is so much easier to lift and pour the salt into it... nice! The area was cleaned up beautifully. Thank you Tyler, everything is working great! I highly recommend!
