- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
✅ Straightforward Proposals, Not Estimates – We provide fixed proposals based on acreage, density, and DBH package. What we quote is what you can expect to pay. ✅ No Hidden Fees – Travel, fuel, and equipment costs are already factored into your proposal. ✅ Discounts – We may offer discounts for larger acreage, repeat clients, or bundled services, depending on the project. ✅ Financing Options – Flexible financing is available to make land clearing more manageable. ✅ Changes to Scope – If you add work outside the agreed proposal (extra acreage, tree sizes beyond package, hauling debris, etc.), we’ll update the proposal before proceeding so you know costs upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Call – We collect your property address or parcel number and discuss your plans for the land. 2. Site Plan & Proposal – Using satellite imagery and vegetation data, we create a custom site plan and fixed proposal (not an estimate). 3. Review & Approval – We review the proposal with you, answer questions, and make adjustments if needed. 4. Scheduling – Once approved, we schedule the project and confirm details. 5. On-Site Work – Jeremiah will complete the job as outlined. We send updates and photos if you can’t be on-site. 6. Completion – After the work is finished, we confirm your satisfaction, provide before/after photos, and finalize payment.

We bring over 10 years of hands-on experience in land clearing and forestry mulching across Florida. Jeremiah, our lead operator, has extensive training in heavy equipment operation and specializes in precision mulching techniques. We’ve also partnered with top forestry equipment manufacturers, who have trusted us to test and showcase their machinery, giving us unique expertise with the latest technology in the industry.
