- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer senior citizen, veteran, and active duty police and law enforcement discounts of up to 10%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After arriving for the scheduled appointment, we listen carefully to exactly what our prospective client is looking to accomplish and work together to help them accomplish the goal. After deciding the best course of action, a detailed proposal is drafted and emailed. Once the proposal is accepted, the job is scheduled. Once the work starts, we stay until it is completely done. We don't hop from job to job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed Irrigation and Pump contractor by Volusia County (Lic#93052702). This license was obtained in 1993 after a 4 year apprenticeship and rigorous testing. We are required to take continuing education course totaling 12 hours ever other year. In addition to this, we have taken various Irrigation equipment manufacturers classes to be considered official technicians.
