I am a single senior woman who lives alone. Mr. Cespedes painted my house in Sutter's Landing, Gainesville, Florida. to start he came out and did a careful assessment of what the job would entail so he could give me a good estimate. He was very professional and made all the necessary repairs before painting, which included replacing T 1-11, installing Hardyboard to replace some rotten window frames, and replacing rotten wood around my chimney. The whole job was finished promptly. Mr. Cespedes was courteous, friendly, and positive, and he focused on what would make me, the customer, comfortable and happy. I am so glad to have met him. Now I am happy to give him more business by having him come back quarterly to clean my gutters.

Dr. House painted the exterior of our home including replacing damaged siding and trim, removed and replaced four exterior doors and repaired / replaced water damaged beams on the front porch. Anthony kept us informed of the schedule and progress on a daily basis and did as he promised. Her actually came in ahead of schedule.

We first hired Dr. House, LLC to do a basic cleaning of our house, but they did way more than that. They cleaned the blinds, helped with the laundry, and basically did everything they could to make our house sparkle. They take pride in their work, and it shows. They are helpful, friendly, and professional. They exceeded our expectations and we are very happy we found them.
