I am a single senior woman who lives alone. Mr. Cespedes painted my house in Sutter's Landing, Gainesville, Florida. to start he came out and did a careful assessment of what the job would entail so he could give me a good estimate. He was very professional and made all the necessary repairs before painting, which included replacing T 1-11, installing Hardyboard to replace some rotten window frames, and replacing rotten wood around my chimney. The whole job was finished promptly. Mr. Cespedes was courteous, friendly, and positive, and he focused on what would make me, the customer, comfortable and happy. I am so glad to have met him. Now I am happy to give him more business by having him come back quarterly to clean my gutters.

Anthony and Elizabeth were wonderful ! They helped me arrange a cleaning for my close friends home after a death in their family . They were very responsive and did a great job . They also were compassionate and very genuine during this hard time , I would recommend them highly.

I hired Anthony Cespedes to do some work for me in my home. The following was completed: Installation of ceiling fan, master bedroom and living room, with remote control and light kit. Installation of master bath vanity. Installation of mailbox. All work exceeded my expectations. Anthony is a professional who completes the work on time!! I found him to be honest, professional, neat and organized. I will definitely use his services again and he comes highly recommended!!

My experience with Anthony of Dr House was a exceptional. He was friendly professional and prompt to respond with an estimate for the following jobs: Pressure washing and painting the exterior of my home and wood deck. Removing rotting wood from exterior deck Properly secure joists to beams, fasten decking Install fascia boards to keep dogs from going underneath decking Remove nails from the good portions and stack for future use Install trellis Apply caulking for two new windows, fasten, check for open and close functions Remove overspray of spray foam insulation from kitchen ceiling joist and wall studs His price was fair and work was completed faster than expected. I would definitely hire Anthony again.
