Following the below situation, Rick Oliver and I did speak live to clear things up. He mowed and trimmed our yard this week and it looks great! I received 3 emails from Oliver's in response to my request for lawn services. I called and the person who answered the phone said he was Oliver. I asked if he had a few minutes. He said, it depended on what it was about. I was somewhat taken aback but said about lawn services, that he'd contacted me via Thumb Tack. He curtly said, "I did not.," and hung up. How about that for service? I also called Thumb Tack. They will not follow-up with Oliver or whomever is using their service. The only thing I can do is write a review.
