Chris and Wade were such a pleasure to work with, in a time of stress for me. Next Level Heating and Air came out today and installed this new, beautiful AC Unit. The old one, the one that came with the house, was a piece of garbage, along with the closet finish work they put it in. You can definitely tell an improvement between the new one,and the old system. I would 100% recommend Next Level Heating and Air. My old AC system quit on me Saturday. Earlier this year we got a new, big dog that sheds like crazy, and I was sure that all the hair in the AC closet had messed up our AC. I got on Thumbtack and found Next Level Heating and Air. Sent them a message, and got a response back right away. After answering a few questions, they scheduled an appointment to come out and look at my system the following day. Chris showed up Sunday and checked out our system, that showed to have numerous issues. When he took the panel off the outside unit, it sparked with electricity so bad I thought he got shocked. He didn’t even flinch. He was surprised that it did that, but it didn’t really phase him. A wire had somehow corroded almost all the way through, so he repaired that wire, then found another one that was screwed to the box that looked like it had been burned. He fixed that one. Next, he checked for leaks, and sure enough there was a Freon leak in one of the coils. Not an easy fix. Here I thought it was the dog hair causing the problem, due to the fact that the system was only about 3 years old. Chris answered all my questions, where I could understand him, and I was able to pass the information on to my husband, as he was away at the time. The coil could be repaired, but it would probably take about 3 weeks, as it would have to be made for that type of system. Since we weren’t real happy with the system we had, (it took 3 filters, which were a pain to get in and out, and the panels were hard to get off and on, and it didn’t keep the house cool like it should), so we decided to put a whole new, better, upgraded system in. This is Florida, and it’s kinda important that the AC is in good working condition at all times. Chris put a few pounds of Freon in the old system so he could get it running again, even though we weren’t sure how long that would last, since he didn’t know how big the leak was. All I knew was, my house was 84 degrees, and I needed it cooled off. He got the system running again, temporarily. I was happy again, my house was cooling off. Took awhile but it got there. Meanwhile, Monday first thing, Chris started the plan to get our new system. Tuesday morning he showed up and began the replacement work. He and his partner, Wade, did an awesome job. Not only did they do a great job and a timely install, but they even cleaned up after themselves throughout the job. In fact, you wouldn’t have known they were even here, except that we now have a beautiful system, that works like it should. We are very happy customers, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Next Level Heating and Air to anyone having AC issues. We definitely give them a 10!
