Very friendly however, For the price ($1,800) the materials were cheap, gate posts loose, gate won’t latch, gaps will allow dogs through. We are hoping that they will return to: 1) Fix the main posts so they are in cement, not just in dirt, so they are not loose (we were promised they would be in cement); 2) fix the gap between post and fence so dogs cannot walk through; 3) fix gate so it will latch. The chain link is also not all the way to the ground so we will need to add something on the bottom to prevent dogs from going under. They were very friendly, and the main man was also a pastor, so I feel like they will return to fix the problems, yet the only responses I’ve gotten from texts so far are: “ I’m sorry we are closed for business on Saturday but can you send me pictures of where you are having problems?” Regarding the gap: “Between the gate and the neighbors fence? That fence is falling towards their yard creating that space.” (It’s actually our fence plus it’s exactly in the same place as it was when the new fence was installed). And “Yeah I see that post should be in concrete it does look loose.” Period. No reply as to if they will fix the job, or when. Very poor workmanship. I truly hope they will make this right so that we can use the yard and not regret having spent $1,800. Here is a video on YouTube of how loose the gate post is and how the gate latch doesn’t hold. No pet owner would allow their pet in a yard with this fence. It serves no purpose.
