- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every fence project has a $1,500 minimum, regardless of size. This covers the cost of getting a crew out, materials, and permitting for smaller jobs. Beyond that, pricing is based on materials, linear footage, and site conditions — and every quote is free with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Reach out — call, text, or fill out the form on our site. 2. Free on-site estimate — we'll get you scheduled, usually within a few days. 3. Walk the property together — we talk through material, style, budget, and anything like HOA rules or property lines you need to consider, then take accurate measurements. 4. Get your quote — a detailed, no-pressure estimate, usually same day or next day. 5. Schedule the install — once you're ready, we lock in a date and handle any permitting needed. 6. Installation — our crew gets it done and keeps you posted along the way. 7. Lifetime workmanship warranty — every fence we build is backed for as long as you own it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1. Stand Strong Fencing franchise training — a full training program on installation standards, materials, estimating, and running the business the right way before taking on customers. 2. Manufacturer/supplier training — direct product training from our suppliers (Master Halco, Ultra Aluminum) on the materials we install. 3. Experienced install crew — our crew has hands-on field experience actually building the fences, so every job benefits from real-world expertise on-site. 4.
