Daniel asked me to do a job for him and I committed to it. I then had to leave town unexpectedly and told him I was not able to do the job. I apologize for the incident knowing that perfection is impossible and sometimes emergencies do happen.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge normally by the hour or flat rate. Hourly is $35 and that is for my wife and I to both come out.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The only training I have is by word of mouth customers.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I currently am getting my conditioned hvac license for the state of Florida. I am doing handyman work On the side. I do not have a liscense.
