- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I provide an estimate that price is locked in. Even if it costs me money to provide the service from under bidding the job I will still complete it fully. When you ask your car salesman about an out the door price it should remain that cost, but it never does. I go out of my way to make sure the price I quote never changes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Smaller jobs can be quoted if images are provided. Larger jobs require in person estimates which are done at no cost to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started pressure washing in elementary school with my father's business. After finishing my military service, I decided to start my own business to provide the same services that I grew up doing.
