Me and my husband had concerns about our unit after moving back into our home. We wanted it to be checked when the drain line kept getting clogged. The technician Mr. Chris was professional, knowledgeable and detailed when explaining the inspection results of our AC unit. He ensured our unit was working, flushed the drain line,gave us pictures of the inspection work results and quotes for the UV light replacement.I appreciated the attention to detail, patience, professionalism and care of our AC unit.Thank you.

Anthony did an amazing job. Explained why my parents thermostat wasnt working. Replaced the blown fuse that caused a chain reaction.He explained that it was all under warranty -except the ecobee thermostat. Anthony went through everything step by step and showed me how and why the short happened. So grateful he was able to get this done before they got home.

John came out Sunday and immediately resolved my issue of a leaking condensate line. He also installed a Jones valve which would have prevented the leak to begin with if it had been installed. He checked the unit over and found mold starting to grow. He recommended an UV light system to kill the mold. He was very thorough and professional.He had to return on Wednesday to install the UV system. He cleaned the system and everything should be good now.
