My Mother in Law was having an issue with her kitchen sink draining slow so gave Ben Frank a call to have it looked at. At first there was an issue finding the problem, but then after snaking from the roof, the sink started to drainbut it didnt end there! Then the toilets had nasty in them and were backing up. Enter Steve & Matt to the rescue. Steve working tirelessly for close to 4 hrs leaving no stone unturned trying to figure out where the block was. Ended up having to be jetted only to discover the reason for the whole problem was fiber optic that had been installed had been pushed clean through the sewer pipe at the road!!!! Yes the Fiber optic installers repaired it, but without the hard work of Steve we would probably still be wondering WTH!!!!

A relatively simple repair was priced at $1650.00. I declined and paid the fee for the visit. $89.00 seemed a little high. I am on limited income and ended up fixing the problem myself. It took me about 30 minutes of actual work I understand the prices are probably industry standard, but I simply cannot afford it. The repair estimate exceeded my monthly SS income. The repairman was very courteous and prompt. Because of the price estimate I guess I'll have to handle future repairs myself.
