Jeff was very thorough, pleasant, timely and professional. I appreciate the good job he did in replacing the outside spikes - I will call on Benjamin for future plumbing needs - however I thought it was pricey for a 15-20 min job.

Mr.Harris was excellent. He explained everything and answered all my questions. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The work was completed in a timely manner. I will say the bookkeeping sucks. They asked to write a check and after 2 weeks they were never cashed. Stopped payment on them and the person who I talked to about this saidhe makes deposits when hes in town. Im sorry,what? Mr.Harris was great. Technicians excellent. I will use them again but using a different payment plan.

What a wonderful, professional, and thorough team who helped us get our water heater connections and plumbing under the kitchen sink up to code in record time. In addition, their creative thinking found a way to install our water filtration system inside the garage with very little intrusion. Lastly, the companys 0% financing option allowed us to get all this work done without an overwhelming up front cost. Thank you Benjamin Franklin!
