What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts through referral business and for first time session. Please contact me for more information.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get as much information from them as possible. I have the customer fill out a client intake form. We then discuss through a phone consultation, the needs of the client. I then send a quote/ estimate for review. Once the client accepts, I get the coaching agreement sent to the client and we set up times & days to meet remotely via zoom, FaceTime, phone, Skype or I can do by request face-to-face sessions within a 60 mile radius of Destin Florida.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Louisiana and Florida residing in Destin, Florida. I do both Residential and Commercial sales, investments, developments, and much more.
