This family run business absolutely impressed us. Not only in price but their meticulous work. They really cared about the well-being of our family and getting rid of the mold that had started to show up in our vents! No other company showed us pictures. We also know how busy everyone is but as a local family business they were able to work with us and start the same day we notified them we would work with them. They are amazing people and we have shared their contact information with our neighborhood.

I had an amazing And personalized experience With CJS Air services! Claudia is so knowledgeable And they are so thorough! My air, ducts and handler were poor shape with dust and even mold, That I believe were causing me some health issues. I brought in another company that turned out to be real amateurs, I pulled in Claudia and her group afterwards to redo the job and I’m so glad I did, I’m feeling much better and am grateful to them. They will be doing my yearly maintenance as well now! If you’re looking for the best at a reasonable cost, you should really check them out you won’t regret it! Dave

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When a customer decides to have their air ducts cleaned, we offer them a complimentary cleaning of their dryer duct as a gift.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We don’t provide air duct cleaning quotes by phone. Our process starts with a free inspection. For us, it’s important to know the duct and HVAC conditions so we can know what we’re dealing with. Also, we always like to ask why the customer wants to get the service. For example if they suddenly develop allergies, recently did a reconstruction inside the house.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC and NADCA courses.
