Sam did a great job repairing a window handle that prevented the window from closing fully. Sam delivered more than I expected. He also fixed an issue I didn’t know existed. The window latches were offset and didn’t secure the window when closed. He identified that problem and fixed it. I highly recommend Sam for your handy man jobs!

Sam is exceptional! We hired him to fix a frequently used pocket door that came off its track. I was afraid we may need to open up the wall to fix it but Sam came to our rescue! He was able to fix the track, make suggestions on how to extend the life of the door. His prices are fair. He was extremely pleasant, has excellent communication skills and was respectful of our home. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs work done. In fact, I'm looking around the house to see if I have other repairs for him :) !
