FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer packages and custom quotes. Prices vary depending on the scope of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Walkthrough & Vision Setting We begin with a collaborative walkthrough—whether in person or virtual—to assess the space, discuss your goals, and understand what items hold value or meaning. Together, we define a vision for the function and feel of the space. 2. Sorting & Categorizing All items are carefully removed from their original locations and grouped into categories (e.g., clothing types, pantry zones, office supplies). This allows you to see everything clearly and make informed decisions. 3. Decluttering with Care We gently guide you through the decision-making process. You’ll never be pressured to discard anything. We ask supportive, non-judgmental questions to help you determine what to keep, donate, or discard. 4. Cleaning & Resetting the Space Before items are returned, we wipe down surfaces and prepare the area for a fresh start. 5. Organizing with Purpose We implement tailored organizing systems based on your habits, routines, and aesthetic preferences. 6. Final Walkthrough & Maintenance Tips Once everything is in place, we do a final walkthrough with you, explaining how systems work and offering simple tips to maintain your newly organized space long-term. Your comfort and privacy are always respected. We handle all items—especially personal ones—with discretion, professionalism, and care.
