Jea is an outstanding Yoga instructor for our small group at various levels. She arrived at our home very well prepared with her traveling yoga studio! I haven't exercised on a regular basis so Jea took her time to explain all the equipment and exercises so I wouldn't be overwhelmed. She isn't a "clock watcher" and stayed with me until I felt comfortable with my new lifestyle!

Every week she had a different piece of equipment to work with. It never got boring. Gave so much encouragement to keep me motivated to build up my strength. I will truly miss her when I return home.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Your price is per session, I will not require you to sign a contract or buy packages. I will provide all the equipment you will need, like TRX, BOSU, kettlebelles, Swiss ball, medicine balls and more. No boring training...

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Initially we will have a discussion where I listen carefully to all everything about you. Next I have a questionnaire regarding your goals and medical history. Last I conduct a body composition analysis and physical assessment determining your strengths and areas that need work. I'll review all this information and then prepare an exercise prescription to meet your needs.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Maintaining certifications require continuous study. I am a 500 hour yoga teacher, this means I can teach other teachers.
