Eddie Ramon installed a new metal roof om my home post Hurricane Ian. I could leave it at that or that the quality of the roof, his crew and the service he provided was great however, that would be an understatement! Mr. Ramon and the professional service he has provided is something I have not seen from ANY business in years! Prompt and totally for the needs of the customer! Something that I never experienced in quite some time and also from the stress of dealing with insurance post hurricane damage in 25 years (Charley, Irma, Ian, Helene, Milton). Mr. Ramon returns calls and makes sure that anything that is needed is completed 100%. Is this a fluke? NO! After my daughter could not even get the original roofer to come out and repair damage from Helene-Milton, that roofer was only looking to take advantage of her and try to convince her to replace a 5 year old roof, Mr. Ramon came through and did the necessary repairs for her. His honesty, work ethic, communication is what stood out for us with Mr. Ramon. My family will NEVER go to anyone else IF we ever (God forbid) experience and type of need for roofing again! Forever grateful for Ramon Roofing!!!

My pool cage was destroyed by Hurricane Ian, along with a lot of damage to my house and lanai. Eddie and his team were wonderful from start to finish in restoring my house to better than before! The work was top notch, and he even offered design upgrade suggestions that I took (and am thrilled with). They were fast, courteous, and their work is amazing. I couldnt recommend them more highly, and will use them again in the future.

Eddie and his company were awesome to work with. He ensured that there was clear communication between everyone, during all the moving pieces of the project. His online portal made it easy to follow dates and make payments. Most importantly he was easy to get in contact with. If I had a concern, a change order or anything, if I called or texted him, I would get immediate response.Would definitely recommend and will be using him from here on forward.
