Excellent service fixing my AC at home. They were professional, punctual, and very respectful the entire time. Everything that was promised was delivered. No BS or "service visit charge", making this service/repair cost effective.
If I could choose all 5 choices I would. Anthony responded immediately and was out here in less than an hour. When they named the business in and out THEY MEANT IT! Lol I had a Freon leak and he was able to repair it and get my a/c going right away. HVAC repair is expensive no matter. They did not charge me a maintenance fee or extra because it happened on the weekend like some other companies charge. He also did the repair in such a way that what caused my leak in the first place would not happen again. I would definitely recommend In and Out to anyone that needed their services and will absolutely use them again.

Our 13 year old air conditioner stopped working. Anthony came over and not trying to sell us, he diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. We know that we will soon need to replace it due to age but until then, we will keep this one working. I will call In & Out for all future repairs and/or new installations. He is head and shoulders above anyone else we have dealt with on air conditioners here in Cape Coral.

I just received excellent service for repair of my A/C. The technician found a major problem that was causing water to continuously back up causing several repairs throughout the year from another company. I’m so glad he diagnosed the problem and repaired at a very reasonable and honest rate.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices Can't be beat. I am very customer friendly. I take pride in my work, so quality is what I strive for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally working with a new customer, I find the issue first(free of charge). Then we go over there options. I try to work within the client's budget. If a major repair or replacement is needed, I offer a great financing program. I have a wide range of equipment options and service every make and model. At the end of the transaction, the customer will be informed and content with the scope of the work being performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am A/C contractor. I attended F.M.I.T for training when I first entered the field 12 years ago. I learned the right way to do things. From this training I developed a good foundation and excelled in service and repair. Now I am a certified contractor.
