What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give every customer a free estimate on all projects, ask for no Deposit
on jobs. Payment upon completion. Taking all the worry of losing their
deposit out of the situation. All material purchased is giving a 10% discount
passed onto the Customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer too talk to them in person so they can see my Integrity, and I can better explain the scope of work with them. This usually ends up with a
small project Seminar about the job. I'm a hands on Contractor that lands
the job, also works on it in person.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing Residential Carpentry for 35Yrs. gives me a huge
advantage over most inexperienced contractors. Coming from New England
area I bring the work ethic, skills, and accountability to follow threw all
projects using state code rules, regulations to the project. I previously
owned a large Carpentry/ Roofing company in Mass. where I was Licensed,
registered, for 25 Yrs.
