- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hello, my clients should know that I adapt to their budget. I am a businessman and I will try to reach a reasonable price where the client and I are happy in the best possible way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well, if you are a new client, I work in the following way: I do the work without materials included, unless I let you know otherwise, and I work with 50% of the work budget in advance. You should also know that if you want an estimate, it has a cost which is refundable at the end of the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It has a lot, such as responsibility, respect, honesty, kindness and empathy.
