I used Vision Pro Home Services twice for renovations on my new home. They did a great job both times. They are professional, prompt, and responsive. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Jobs difficulty and skill level determine the flat rate given therefore if the tasks takes me longer the customer will not be responsible to pay additional. As I am meticulous in my work.
Small basic tasks if charged hourly is $60.00. * customer provided materials* Light bulbs replaced, filters installed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each job details are very different so we do not have a set process. However, If the job is very detailed we go to the home and estimate it, If it is basic and enough information is provided I can give quote via email with customer providing pictures. Once accepted a date is scheduled for work to be completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am 36 years old and for the past 18 years I have worked in the construction field. I pride myself in my work and decided to use my talents to start my business.
