Wow! Tr. Goins LLC has an amazing crew! They did our framing, insulation, drywall, and installed our mini splits and compressor. They were timely, responsive, professional, and executed with excellence. The owner, Trace is the best in the business! His estimates and final invoice matched. He uses a user-friendly Customer Management System (CRM) that provides itemized estimates and invoices making it easy to budget and pay for projects. He also accepts credit cards!

Details: Yes, the structure has already been built • Wall to an existing room • Already have plans - just need installation • Yes, an existing wall needs to be removed • No, I do not need plumbing or electrical lines installed • No, I do not need drywall applied • Home

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    – Know Your End Goal Are you renovating to raise the resale value of your home, or will you be staying put for years to come? Having a specific plan in place for your future will help you decide how deep to go with your project. -Consult Your Calendar Be sure to plan for a few weeks to a month timeline to ensure you have wiggle-room for delays. – Pack up Declutter, cover, move, or pack up any items in the work area. This ensured all your belongings are secure and clean during the process. -Plan for Outages Plan for outages. Many times, the water, electricity, or both need to be shut off for a period. Whether it’s only a section of your home or throughout. Floods and electrocuted contractors will put a very abrupt halt to your project. -Keeping Track Keep a job file, including contract, plans, specifications, invoices, change orders and all correspondence with the contractor. -Most Important Keep the lines of communication open between you and the remodeling contractor and the work crew. Ask questions. Let them know what your family schedule is and whether you have pets confined somewhere. Make sure you have specified how—via phone, in-person or via email—and how often you wish to communicate with your remodeling contractor about your project.
