I was given a bid for screen replacement on my lanai. The bid was reasonable given the "Ian" effect. A date and time were set. We were on pins and needles as to whether this crew would show up at the designated time. Not only did they text when they were on the way, but they were on time. They reviewed the work needed, examined all the screens and then replaced as bid. They swept up after they were finished. WOW -- On time, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves....WE ARE VERY PLEASED!!!!
