I asked for deep cleaning for several hours. I was told at least two people would be cleaning but only one arrived.
The cleaner was an hour late and what I received was surface cleaning. I specifically asked for beds to be stripped, cabinets wiped, baseboards and ceiling fans, etc. The ceiling fans had dirt on the edges, the bathroom wall had a dead insect on it, the baseboards were not cleaned, beds were not stripped and cabinets were full of dirt. The pics looked good and the house was picked up but it was not deep cleaned! This needs to be explained to the cleaners. I would have hired someone for much less if I was not going to get deep cleaning.
