- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts offered for 3 month and 6 month package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First priority is to get to know the client to understand their goals through a quick 5-10 minute call. The second step is a more in depth virtual meeting (E.g. Zoom) or through a call, depending on preference and comfort level of client. During the second step, we will go more into detail so I understand clients lifestyle, health issues or previous injuries, goals (E.g. lose weight, increase strength, build muscle, or just start moving again). My goal is to meet the client where they are and build from there.

I have a bachelors degree in psychology. I have the following National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) credentials: Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Wellness Coach
