Awesome gym. It's got great equipment like leg press, hack squat, chest supported row, and even chains that I like to use with flat bench press. Gar has been in the personal training field for many years and is very knowledgeable in it. He can definitely get you fit and strong.The gym itself has a very nice and unique vibe to it. If you want to try something different from your typical commercial gym, this is the place.

QFitness is a professional gym. The personal training is top of the charts!! I get strength training, mobility exercises, and rehab work. The gym is pristine, clean, and well run. It's private, and you have access 24 hours to work out at your convenience. We are blessed to have such a quality fitness facility!!
