We couldn't have been more thrilled with the entire experience with Mark Harper and Gator Pressure Washing. He responded promptly, almost immediately, to our query through Thumbtack, maintained constant communication with me throughout the process (just the right amount -- not too much, or too pushy). He came out to our house the very next day after receiving our request for a quote. When traffic delayed him, he actually called to apologize and let me know he would be about 30 minutes late. Blew me away after waiting 4+ hours for a delivery that finally came after 5 hours the other day. But I digress. My husband was here when Mark came for the estimate, and was very impressed with everything about Mark. He was personable, professional, trustworthy, and fair. We were absolutely floored by his quote for the job. His competitors (who honestly paled in comparison to Mark's presentation) were quoting us two to three times what Mark charged us without even coming to the house to give us an accurate quote. We were thrilled the quote and the attention paid to us and our needs. We booked Mark that evening. Our satisfaction continued when Mark and his associate showed up this morning to do the job. We had contracted for the whole house to be washed (970 sf), along with a concrete patio, and a double-wide concrete driveway, along with our backyard lanai. That was a lot of surface area, for an absolutely amazing price, and when they came today, I think they also hit our little storage shed, because it looked shiny and new. LOL. The guys were GREAT. Polite, personable, felt like talking to old friends. They helped us remove everything from the surfaces that were going to be cleaned, and they returned everything to its place when they were done. My concrete patio and driveway look brand new, as does the house -- all that green algae is gone! Things to be thankful for this Thanksgiving! I actually felt guilty for paying them what they quoted us. I think he should have charged us double. I mean that! Honestly, I can't say enough good about Mark and Gator Pressure Washing. And I'm seriously hard to please. Forget even wasting your time with the other guys out there -- many of whom didn't even return phone calls, or show up for their appointments to give us estimates. Save yourself some time and hassle. Just go with Gator. You will be thrilled, as we were. Thanks, you guys!

Gator pressure washing arrived on time and did a beautiful job on our roof! They worked very efficiently, it only took a few hours to complete the roof. They sprayed a new type of antibacterial/anti-fungal mold and mildew inhibitor that will keep my roof clean and free of Algae for up to 10 yrs or more. My experience with this company was excellent! I highly recomend Gator Pressure Washing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we look at the info from thumbtack and then if we are awarded the job we talk to the customer and come out to evaluate in person to see the work that needs to be done and adjust pricing based on things missed or things added then perform the job.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
try to be specific to the job you need and write it in. A lot of customers just right general information or routine cleaning and we have no idea what the actual job is so it's hard to give a price.
